A celebration of the work of man and the expertise of the cooper, a position once held by our great-great-uncle Anthime Collet, the last cooper in the village of Fontaine Denis. A man of his time, Anthime passed on his winegrowing knowledge to René, our father. A heritage of age-old winegrowing tradition where time is left to do its work and create complexity.
