One harvest evening, as the hand press clicked away in the background and a gentle rain fell, a rare rosé champagne was born. A plantation of low-yield old vines (1962) named Les Vignes, compact grapes and small, lightweight clusters hold the promise of an intense concentration of aromas and texture.

Pinot Noir (85%) and ‘Les Vignes’ old vine Chardonnay planted in 1962 are macerated together and then blended with a Chardonnay from our Nord terroir.
