In the beginning there was an idea, a quest to explore an unknown parcel and shine the spotlight on typicity. And it all began with Empreinte de terroir. Since 2002 we have been discovering the nuances of each vine and reproducing them in this cuvée. As the years have passed, we have been perfecting and refining the blends and, thanks to our work in the vines, the true identity of the terroir has come to the fore in what is now the quintessential expression of all Domaine Collet has to offer.
