FONS DIONISII - Mill 2016

Vines have been grown at Fons Dionisii (the 15th century name for Fontaine-Denis) for more than a thousand years. Successive generations of winegrowers have worked the land and sculpted the landscape over the centuries. Our village bears the name of a god of wine and we wanted our vintage champagne to have this name too, one that is deeply rooted in winegrowing history.

“A SAME WINEMAKING, A DIFFERENT PICTURE”

Wine-growing

Each vintage is unique with its influences. To highlight its own nuances, we apply a same way of wine-making:

Full of Chardonnay, fermentation and ageing in stainless steel vats, ageing in bottle of minimum 60 months, low dosage, this is the recipe for a Fons Dionisii, year after year.

Disgorging

2 à 3 grammes / litre – EXTRA-BRUT

60 – 72 months
