For Extrême, our ‘experimental cuvée’, we explored our diffe- rent vineyards, selecting the finest Chardonnay grapes to uncover their nuances and finesse. It is thanks to this learning experience that today we can apply our in-depth understan- ding of our work and our soils to produce a feast for the senses and a concentration of aromas. Aged in our cellars for more than 70 months.
